Pricing

  • We try to price match fellow audio stores. If you have seen something at different price elsewhere please get in touch and we will try to match. Occasionally our customers have found items offered slightly cheaper by overseas suppliers (especially in Europe.) Please bear in mind their items are often drop shipped with no QC or set-up, from a warehouse – hence their costs are lower but the final product is inferior.

Shipping Information

  • All orders are shipped within 3-7 days,7-10 working days for delivery(Generally,Except for irreconcilable delays).

  • We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:EMS/DHL/FedEx/TNT

  • Once you've placed an order,we will send the tracking information.

How to return an item

  • Your item must be in its original new condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  • 1. Please email us via our contact page here to request a refund and we will assign you a Returns number.

  • 2. We will aim to reply to your email within 1 working day. We will provide the address to return the product and the returns number.

  • 3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

  • 4.If you are returning goods because they have been damaged in transit you must inform us within 2 working days. You may exchange it for a different instrument or a full refund within 30 days.
